2. Purpose and Scope

These terms and conditions govern the access to and use of the website bulgaria360.eu (hereinafter, "the Platform"), as well as the engagement of the services offered through it.

Accessing and using the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please refrain from using the Platform.

3. Services

The Platform offers the following services related to company incorporation and management in Bulgaria:

• Company incorporation: establishment of limited liability companies (EOOD/OOD) in Bulgaria, including document processing, commercial register filing and certificate procurement.
• VAT registration: processing of registration in the Bulgarian VAT system.
• Office address: provision of a registered legal address in Bulgaria.
• Accounting plans: monthly accounting management with different service levels.
• Document translation: sworn translations between Spanish and Bulgarian.
• Advisory: tax, legal and operational consultancy in Bulgaria.
• Virtual assistant: AI-powered chatbot for initial enquiries.

4. Engagement Process

4.1 Quotation

The user may request a quotation via the Platform form or the virtual assistant. The quotation shall include a detailed breakdown of the applicable services and prices, indicating VAT (20%).

4.2 Acceptance and payment

Acceptance of the quotation and payment through the secure payment gateway (Stripe) formalise the service agreement. The user shall receive confirmation by email.

4.3 Data collection

Following payment, the user must complete the data collection forms and provide the required documentation (passports, powers of attorney, etc.) through the Platform.

4.4 Service execution

The incorporation process is carried out in four phases: documentation, signing, submission and completion. The user may track the status of their process from their client dashboard.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

• All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include or indicate the applicable VAT (20%).
• Prices are those in effect at the time the quotation is requested and are valid for the period stated therein.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS security standards.
• Payment is accepted by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
• For accounting subscriptions, payments are charged on a monthly recurring basis.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the user has a period of 14 calendar days from the formalisation of the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to state a reason.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal shall not apply where the provision of services has been fully completed with the express consent of the consumer, or where the services have begun to be performed (for example, if document processing before the Bulgarian authorities has already commenced).

7. User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information.
• Submit the required documentation within the stated deadlines.
• Not to use the Platform for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to these conditions.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials (email and password).
• Not to attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform without authorisation.
• Not to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• To notify immediately any unauthorised use of their account.

8. Service Provider Obligations

We undertake to:

• Provide the contracted services with due professional diligence.
• Keep the user informed of the status of their process.
• Protect personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable legislation.
• Provide effective communication channels (email, WhatsApp, chat).
• Resolve incidents within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The service provider shall not be liable for delays caused by Bulgarian authorities or circumstances beyond its control.
• Information provided by the virtual assistant (chatbot) is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute binding legal advice.
• The service provider does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
• We shall not be held responsible for damages arising from the user's failure to comply with their obligations (incorrect data, incomplete documentation, etc.).
• Timeframes indicated for company incorporation are estimates and may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (texts, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, source code) is the property of Human Talent & Management EOOD or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property legislation.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of such content without express written authorisation is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these conditions.

12. Dispute Resolution

These conditions are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence within the EU.

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless consumer protection legislation grants the user the option of referring the matter to the courts of their domicile.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time. Amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.
